Bramhall
Bramhall Hall is a superb example of a Tudor Manor House with origins dating back to medieval times. The house is one of the most beautiful treasurers of England and of great national importance. The magnificent 16th Century wall paintings, Elizabethan fine plaster ceiling, the Victorian kitchens and servants quarters give a feel of the household as it was in 1890 with glimpses of the family from upstairs and the staff from downstairs.
The Hall stands in 70 acres of parkland designed in the style of Capability Brown to give grand vistas over the terraces, lawns and lakes to the trees beyond. Bramall Hall is a wonderful place to host a special occasion, attend an event, or enjoy a leisurely outing exploring the historic Hall and its beautiful parkland.
A warm welcome awaits you at Bramhall Golf Club where you have the opportunity to play one of Cheshire's most delightful parkland courses. The course provides a fine test of golf for the low handicapper but does not prove too punishing for the majority. The high standard of the course is reflected in the fact that the club regularly hosts county and regional fixtures and also stages national golf events, including the European Ladies Matchplay Championship.
