Mobberley

Mobberley is a scattered village covering a large area to the south west of Manchester Airport.

The station is just over 1 mile from the church and the oldest part of village, which has picturesque cottages and several pubs.

Beside the station there are several railway cottages and the Railway Inn, which serves excellent pub meals.

Mobberley station is a regular winner of the Cheshire Best Kept Station Competition, thanks to the members of the Mobberley Village Society.

Cheshire Best Kept Stations is supported by Cheshire West and Chester, Cheshire East, Cheshire Crimebeat, Visit Chester and Cheshire, Northern Rail, Vigin Trains and Roberts Bakery
