Runcorn Railway Station

Runcorn Railway Station is a Cheshire Best Kept Station.

Runcorn Railway Station won the Halton and Warrington Award in 2016.

Previous awards have include:

            -  the Halton Award in 2014

            -  the Best Staffed Station in 2011 and 2009

            -  the Customer Care Award in 2010

The relaunched Station in 2009 has easy access and a pleasant and secure environment but the awards have been given for the staff who excel in face-to-face service.

The staff were noted for going that extra mile providing a first class service and using their talents to raise money for local causes.

Runcorn Railway Station is on the Crewe to Liverpool Lime Street Line via Runcorn and Liverpool South Parkway.

The station is on Shaw Street, close by the Daresbury and Weston Point Expressways.

The station is staffed and has a chargeable car park for over 550 vehicles. There is a First Class lounge, cafe, toilets and a payphone at this station.
