1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Cheshire Best Kept Stations Wordsearch Competition as published in Cheshire Life’s July 2026 edition. This competition is promoted by Cheshire Best Kept Stations 55 Abbey Road, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 3HA
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except members of the Cheshire Best Kept Stations Committee and their immediate families any anyone professionally connected with this competition.
3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. To enter, participants must correctly identify the required words in the wordsearch and submit their entry either:
   • Online via bestkeptstations.org.uk/wordsearch/
   • By post to Cheshire Best Kept Stations 55 Abbey Road, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 3HA
5. The closing date for online entries is 31st May 2026. For postal entries it is 7th June 2026. Entries received after this date will not be counted.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8. Cheshire Best Kept Stations accept no liability for lost, uncomplete or illegible entries.
9. The prizes must be accepted as offered and are not transferable or for resale. There is no cash alternative.
10. All correct entries will be entered into a random draw.
11. The prizes are as shown in Cheshire Life’s July 2026 edition and on our website.
12. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the of the closing date and will be published in Cheshire Life’s July edition.
13. The prizes are as described in the competition details and are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available.
14. Cheshire Best Kept Stations reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
15. The decision of the organisers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name for publicity purposes in connection with the competition, unless they request otherwise.
17. Personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Details will not be passed to third parties.
18. The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prizes.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) in connection with entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize.
20. This competition is administered by Cheshire Best Kept Stations and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the other parties involved.
